Stock Controller – Hire track Operator

Requirements:
- An excellent working knowledge of HireTrack essential.
- Must have extensive experience in the rental industry.
- Experience in Staging Sound, Lighting and AV equipment an essential.
- Accurate and disciplined work approach.
- Warehousing experience.
- An understanding of stock levels, stock control and numeracy.
- Must be prepared to work outside of the standard 8 – 5 working hours when required.
- Manage stock and stock control.
- Conduct regular stock takes.
- Daily maintenance of stock via Hiretrack.
- Manage customer deliveries and collections (dry hires).
- Release all stock as per customer requests.
- Responsible to balance stocks in system together with stock in Warehouse.
- Manage maintenance of all equipment (e.g. repairs, labeling, tracking, etc.)
- Must be able to present all Hiretrack reports on a daily basis.
- Must be able to assist with quoting.
